Speaker: Bob Baim

Summary

The OS PhaseTM is quickly becoming a standard phrase to describe failures experienced on projects and even those recently experienced on Wall Street and the global financial markets.  The OS PhaseTM is the point in time where everything appears to be going well but then hits the wall.  The OS PhaseTM is that point in a project where the true project status is revealed and the project team is forced to admit that they are in trouble.

Bob will discuss several high-profile projects and their experiences of hitting the OS PhaseTM.
