ABOUT BOB
Robert F. Baim (Bob) is an executive consultant with a distinguished career in the integration of complex business, technical and project management processes. He provides senior consulting and training services to numerous Fortune 500 companies in a broad range of industries. Bob is an Engineer, MBA, and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). He served as adjunct professor with Idaho State University in the field of organizational behavior. He maintains the distinction as a Certified Cost Engineer (CCE) from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE).
