Simplicity

If you are interested in any type of simple, common sense solutions to your current project or process problem, please contact us. Simple may not seem like a solution, but it is...

Projects are completed successfully when the supporting processes are understood. Simple means that all project stakeholders understand the plan forward. Simple means that procedures and processes are simple to understand. Metrics are simple to understand and simple to act on.

The late jazz musician Charlie Mingus figured it out this way when describing creativity, "Anybody can make the simple complicated. Creativity is making the complicated simple."

Unfortunately, many do not relate the word simple to maturity. Simple is often considered to be a lack of maturity. This is a shame! The exponential increase in consultants worldwide creates an environment of constant re-invention of the wheel. It seems that many consultants aren't comfortable unless they are selling something complex and unique.
